Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Shree Vinayak Foods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
2. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- To cancel an order, contact us at hello@oracleaagro.com or call +91 94313 01887 with your order number.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery instead.
3. Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, email us at hello@oracleaagro.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are processed through Razorpay. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened or partially consumed
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer
- Products returned after the 7-day return window has expired
7. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
